As each Hood is tailor made delivery times are 14 business days from order to leaving our warehouse.

Insurance
We highly recommend the insured options, as MyHood Inc. does not cover for any lost or damaged goods.
Taxes & Duties
For customers in European Union: MyHood will do the custom clearance and taxes are included.
For customers outside MyHood is not responsible for any added import duties or national taxes.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
A separate order must be placed for each shipping address.
Return policy
How to make a return
Making a return or exchange is easy.
MyHood take pride in custom making our hoods for you. We produce on demand, which means,
that if you are not completely satisfied with your hood - you’re more than welcome to return it.
- Request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing returns@myhoodbaby.com
- After receiving the RMA you are authorised to send the goods back, you will have the return address as well.
- You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed and you’ll have a credit 5 days later.
Important information
- Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving your RMA number.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
- We prefer that items are returned to us via FedEx/UPS to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods to by any secure means. Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned via uninsured deliveries without tracking number.
- Items should be returned new, unused, and with all My Hood garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
- Your credit will be to the same price as you've bought your goods. The shipping cost will not be refunded.
Custom made MakeMyHood
All of the products made personal, such as embroidery, "Make My Hood" etc are NOT returnable unless there is a clear defect.
Late Returns
Items should be returned within 14 days of the date of your RMA request. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of My
Hood and may only be refunded as a store credit. Please note that RMA numbers requested after 7 days will also be granted at our discretion.
Faulty goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note
that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace
it for the same product in the same colour, subject to availability. Where
possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
